On the main A47 Kings Lynn to Swaffham Road, turn into Common Road which is almost opposite the Carpenters Arms public house in the village of East Winch (signposted Pentney Lakes).

Keep on this road for approximately two miles. After passing the Pentney Lakes leisure complex on the left, take the next left turn into Abbey Road. Pinecones is the second property on the left and is well signposted.
